No where in the budget was there a line item for:

ATM withdrawals: $1,000

Charges at Gas Stations: >$2000 (at times in Vermont)

Home Depot/Lowes: > $18,000 (more on this later)

Overdraft fees & Bad Checks: ~$600 (that I know of)

The Best part is "lending" yourself money while we are being charged 12% on the borrowed funds

Bank refused to lend any more money.

Steve said he had another investor to loan money.

This took months for a 25k check.

How Steve pay himself

While framing is taking place, what materials do you need?

If you answered $4,0000 worth of tile

Then you could get a job with Steve Straz

I have yet to think of a logical answer why we spent 4k on tiles?

If you can think of an answer then

email me.

There was at least 7* bad checks

The real shitty part this is not the hundreds of dollars which the bank charged in fees.

But...

Resulted in Insurance being Cancelled

One guy hired an attorney to get paid which I had to pay for

Several people left the project mid way through

(Are you wondering if it has anything to do with money and Steve Straz)

*I got booted from the bank and have zero records for 2020 (I failed to note when my access was removed)

Let's Talk about Gas

Lets say a gallon of gas costs $3 and you spent ~$2300 on gas station (some even in Vermont, New Hampshire, and other fun places) .  Lets say $2000 was spent on gas and the reminder on snacks or lotto ticks.  How many gallons of gas could Steve by?

Did you also get 666 gallons?  How far could you then drive? At 24 MPG you could drive 16,000 miles.

How far is it from:

Boston to San Diego: ~3000 miles

Wow, that's some serious driving your doing

Maybe,

you're getting cash back at the station

The good thing about gas stations is nobody ever gets receipts.

Withdrawing $1000.00 from ATMs is

definitely for the business

Who would think otherwise?

It's cool to order a few things off Amazon.  It could be literally anything.  And don't you dare to even ask what it is.

I also really like spending time at Home Depot but why do you go there  4 times a day.

(have you considered making a list)

(You could be home busy with video games)

And never provide any receipts.. always busy & later

(I had every legal right to see what was purchased but was unable to enforce)

Are you buying with the debt card and retuning for cash?

You could've erased* all suspicion  if you provide records.

No one likes Home Depot enough to go 4 times a day.
